Joe has been a Florida resident since 1994 and in the Real Estate/Property Management business since 2001. Real estate is in his family’s blood with a sister owning a real estate company in Boone North Carolina and another family member a realtor in Hilton Head SC. Joe grew up in North Carolina and graduated from North Carolina State University. Joe is married and has 4 children. They enjoy camping in their Pop Up Camper as well as almost anything outdoors, including the area theme parks. Joe believes in taking care of problems as quickly as possible before little problems become big problems.
