Referral Fee Schedule
The special referral fees listed below are for management and rental prospects. All referral fees will be paid when the property is leased, after all parties have moved in, and the lease fee has been collected. All referral fees will be paid to the referring broker. All of the rental referral fees listed below are based on a oneyear lease term, all referrals less than one year will be prorated accordingly. Remember, we only lease and manage properties for owners and investors.

The below referral fees are based on per quarter management referrals. i.e. Jan 1stMarch 31st. The referral fees listed are paid in addition to our normal ½ of the First Months Rent Management Fee referral. Each Referring Realtor must meet the above criteria each quarter with signed management agreements & renters moved in to receive the referral fees. We look forward to working with each of you.
